Description:
Excellent route which follows the obvious diagonal line up the front of the face. Start from the lower right hand side
Fantastic route in an excellent position
In Summer, very enjoyable way to the top. You can scramble up the rock in the safety of the groove or easily up on the left side of the groove(a bit of exposure). There's a short narrow ledge with a short chimney and then a slab to negotiate to finish. In winter, we did it in full winter conditions in 1996. The short chimney becomes a slight concern especially as you start it from a narrow ledge. The slab becomes a cascade of ice which once mounted is no problem in crampons.
The route can retain a few steep and exposed icy sections, even after the rest has thawed.
